Prize Draw Rules
- This Prize Draw is promoted and operated by Great Northern Aid Trust, a charity registered in England and Wales with registered charity number 1113184.
- This Prize Draw is open to all visitors to our Versus Cancer website (at www.versuscancer.org) who are aged over 18 years and who have registered their personal details on our Versus Cancer website, except employees (including their families) of the Great Northern Aid Trust, its agents and persons connected with the promotion or the Versus Cancer event.
- Entry is free and is limited to one per person.
- By entering the Prize Draw you will be deemed to have accepted these Prize Draw rules.
- The closing date of the Prize Draw is 20th January 2008. The Prize Draw will take place on 21st January 2008 and will be supervised by an independent person. The winners will be notified by email.
- There are 2 prizes available, one for each concert date: 22nd February 2008 & 23rd February 2008.
- Travel and accommodation expenses are not included within the prize, and will be the responsibility of each winner and their friend.
- The prize: The winner and a friend will be invited to be present in the backstage area on the relevant concert day. They will be given a backstage tour and will be able to be present at the soundcheck as the bands prepare for the night.
- The winner agrees and shall procure that the winner’s friend agrees to abide by all instructions issued by the promoter when present backstage.
- Further details regarding the prize will be provided to winners following the Prize Draw. Please note that no recording or photographic equipment will be allowed backstage.
- Prizes are non-negotiable and there is no cash alternative.
- The decision of the judges is final and binding and no correspondence can be entered into.
- The name and county of the winner will be available by sending a stamped addressed envelope to the Competition Secretary, Great Northern Aid Trust, 409 The Boxworks, Worsley Street, Castlefield, Manchester M15 4NU.
- Winners consent (and shall procure that their chosen friends consent) to use and publication of their name, county and image in all publicity and promotional materials, without remuneration, accompanying or resulting from this Prize Draw. The winners and their chosen friends may be required to participate in further publicity where requested by Great Northern Aid Trust.
- Great Northern Aid Trust reserve the right to offer access to this Prize Draw through different media and across other promotional materials.
No responsibility will be accepted by the promoter for Prize Draw entries that are lost, not received, delayed or damaged.
